The pool area overlooks the river, it provides a scenic view. The staff worked efficiently, especially during breakfast hours. The breakfast offers a variety of options. The gym has modern equipment, I found it to be very clean.

vegetarian choices helpful staff
i found the breakfast selection amazing with international options i enjoyed vegetarian choices too the staff were very friendly and helpful ensuring i had a good start to my mornings the hotel's location next to the icon siam mall proved convenient i could easily access various shops and dining options making my stay more fun
the water pressure in the shower was quite weak impacting the overall experience slightly

excellent hotel, small setback
sport bar river view kind service warm welcome
i noted the ale house is a nice sport bar. it is nice to chill there with a river view. i appreciated the good food and kind service from khun mengjaii. khun pao gave a very good welcome too. i will come back again.
i found breakfast a bit unorganized and the canteen felt large. while i went to get other things, pigeons ate from the plates. the boat shuttle makes one stop from the hotel to sathon pier.

the hotel offers its own pier, and there is a public pier too, in front of it. cruise piers are within walking distance, close to iconsiam. the position provides great convenience for exploring the area.
